Our office enjoys volunteering during the holiday season and we encourage our patients to do the same.
We recently worked with Heifer International to provide livestock and training to underprivileged people around the world.

We’ve also volunteered to clean up Chula Vista. We picked up trash, painted and removed graffiti around the city.
Last year we worked at a food bank to package food for senior citizens in need.
